Here's a radical idea. If the woman feels good being like that and is happy.... why not just leave it alone and let her be?. Not matter how disgusting it is and looks.

Because she has children and she obviously can't stand long enough to even cook for them or bring them to school, the doctor, extra curricular activities, etc. She mentions that the only excersize she can do is waddle for a minute and stretch. Her 16 year old is probably looking after the 12 year old. That I feel sorry for. Kids that age are still dependent and are learning that it's totally ok to pay women to do acts on the internet for them. They are growing up in a pretty bad environment if you ask me- and because she has kids, it isn't JUST about her anymore.
