1st ultimate appearances

ah guys, could i get some little help in getting some KR episodes where the main rider's final form 1st appeared? i'm planning to make a high res TMV featuring those forms.

here are the only eps that i know:

kuuga - final
agito - special
kabuto - 34
kiva - 24
decade - 21

any help will be appreciated. tnx in advance for the help.

Kamen Rider Hibiki: Hibiki Soukou first appeared somewhere in episode 33. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

blade was around 34-36
Ryuki was around 30
Faiz was 40
Den-o is 28
Liner is 36

Blade- 35
Den-O- 36

Ultimate Kuuga was in #48, the second to last episode

for faiz 39 only showed the start of the transformation while 40 showed both trans and battle scene
