It's exciting to see Lego pushing boundaries with such intricate sets aimed at adults. I've always admired how they blend creativity with nostalgia, much like how Studio Ghibli films transport us to magical realms with their attention to detail. With 12,060 pieces, this new set really invites a full day of building, and I wonder how immersive that experience will be.

Have you seen any of the recent Lego sets that tie into animated films or series? It's fascinating how both mediums can spark imagination in different ways.

I have been following big Lego sets for a while and this one is honestly hard to ignore. 12,060 pieces is a lot of time sitting at a table sorting small parts. I like complex builds but I also think about space and money. Nine hundred dollars is close to what I would spend on a used laptop, so it feels like a serious hobby investment. The design choice is interesting too since the Sagrada Familia already looks like a sculpture in real life. I can see why Lego chose it. Still, I wonder how many people will actually finish it once they start. Big sets sometimes end up half built for months. I would probably enjoy it in smaller sections over a long time rather than rushing.

Over nine hundred dollars is not something most people can just decide to spend. I like building sets, but I prefer ones that feel complete without needing such a long commitment. Twelve thousand pieces sounds exciting at first, but it can also feel overwhelming. I also wonder about storage space once it is finished because models like this are not small. Still, I cannot deny it looks detailed and carefully designed. It just feels like something for collectors more than normal fans.

This set looks crazy in terms of piece count. I cannot even imagine opening that box and seeing that many bags inside. It would take me forever to finish it. I like Lego but I usually go for smaller sets because I lose patience with big projects. The design of the church is nice though, very detailed and tall looking. I think it would look great on a shelf if someone actually finishes it. The price is way above what I would spend, so I will just admire it from a distance.
