I’m really excited to see how they expand on the show's world in this new movie! The first one had some great moments, especially with the animation during the battle scenes. I love how you can really feel the impact of every spell and attack, thanks to the talented folks at 8bit. And the voice cast is always a treat too; they really bring the characters to life.

I’m hoping this movie dives deeper into some of the lore, maybe more about Rimuru's backstory or the dynamics with the other nations. How do you think they'll handle the character development in this one?

The vacation setting sounds like a nice break from all the battles, but knowing Rimuru’s luck, trouble will find him anyway. I’m curious about Yura too—she seems mysterious, so I hope she isn’t just a side character. I’m also happy they did an English dub because I usually watch subbed shows, but hearing Ryan Reynolds as Gobta sounds funny and different. The cast looks solid, and it’s nice that they included Ramiris and Veldora, since they bring so much energy. I’ll probably watch Scarlet Bond first on April 20 to get ready, even if it’s just for the ten-minute preview. Seeing Rimuru’s slime form in full movie quality will be cool. May 1 can’t come soon enough.

I watched the first Slime movie in theaters, and it was a fun experience, so I’m definitely going again. The plot sounds like it will mix humor and action, which is exactly what I enjoy about Rimuru stories. The new character, Yura, seems intriguing, and I’m curious how she fits into the group dynamic. Ryan Reynolds as Gobta is going to be interesting—I’m not sure if it will work, but I’ll give it a chance. I appreciate that the original cast members returned because it keeps the feeling of the show. I might even go to the Scarlet Bond re-release just for the preview. I hope the movie gives more insight into Rimuru’s powers in a casual setting like a vacation, because I like seeing him outside fighting. Overall, I’m excited for a fun time with friends at the theater.
