Anime Boston 2026: Scheduled Guests And Autograph Info

I can't believe Anime Boston is coming up so soon! It’s always a blast seeing the different anime panels and the variety of guests they bring in. I’m especially looking forward to any info on special screenings or behind-the-scenes talks with guests. Conventions really have a unique energy; it's like being in a bubble of creativity and fandom for the weekend. Do you have any specific panels or guests you’re excited about this year?

I feel excited seeing this guest list because there are many voice actors I recognize. Zach Aguilar and Xander Mobus are people I would like to meet if I had the chance. At the same time, I am a bit stressed reading all the pricing details. It looks complicated with different prices for different items. I wish it was more simple. I also noticed some guests have rules like no video recording, which is understandable but still a bit disappointing. The lottery system for some Japanese guests is interesting but also frustrating because it is not guaranteed. Even so, I think Anime Boston is trying to manage the crowd properly. I would still go mainly for the experience, not only for autographs.

What caught my attention is the VTubers being included as guests. This shows how much things have changed. Before, conventions focused only on anime and voice actors. Now digital creators are part of the main lineup. I think this is a good move because it brings in younger fans. Some people may not like it, but I think it keeps the event fresh. The pricing for voice actors is high, but I guess demand is also high. I would probably spend more time in panels than autograph lines.

I like conventions, but I am very selective now. Looking at this list, I see many good guests, but I also see a lot of spending if I am not careful. I think the best way is to set a limit before going. Maybe choose one autograph and one photo, then stop. I also think people forget that panels and community moments are free and just as valuable. Not everything needs to be paid. This event looks well organized, but I would approach it in a simple way and just enjoy being around other fans.
