Sony just announced something called “PlayStation Portal,” Is it a new Portal game exclusive to PlayStation? No, it’s actually that weird “remote play” controller the company showed off earlier, just with a finalized name. Perhaps to keep things from being confusing, we should refer to it by its initials: “PSP.” ….No, wait….

I'm really excited about this PlayStation Portal! The idea of being able to play my PS5 games on a handheld device when the TV is occupied sounds fantastic. I can totally see myself using it during my commute. Plus, the $200 price seems reasonable considering what you're getting. Can't wait for the preorders to open, I'll definitely be grabbing one.

I have a strong feeling that the PlayStation Portal is going to be a hit, and Sony is going to rake in the profits. I can already envision myself buying Sony stocks to ride the wave of success. I missed out on the opportunity with Mattel and the Barbie movie, so I won't make the same mistake twice. Investing in Sony before the Portal's release seems like a smart move, and I'm eager to be a part of its potential financial growth.

Will this really bring something different to the table? And relying on strong Wi-Fi for on-the-go use might be a drawback. However, the price seems fair for what it offers. I'll wait to see more reviews before deciding.

Remote play has been tried before, and the Wii U comparison worries me. Besides, finding reliable Wi-Fi when you're out and about might be a challenge. The $200 price point might be justified given the technology, but I'm skeptical about its practicality. I'll wait for more information before deciding if it's worth the investment.

Wow, the PlayStation Portal sounds like a game-changer! Being able to play PS5 games on a handheld device is an awesome concept. It's a bit disappointing that it relies heavily on a strong Wi-Fi connection, but considering its functionality, the $200 price seems reasonable. I'm definitely keeping an eye out for the preorders. Can't wait to see how well it performs in real-world usage.

The idea of remote play is intriguing, but we've seen similar attempts in the past. And depending on Wi-Fi for on-the-go gaming could be a hassle. While the price isn't bad for what you're getting, I'll wait to see if the user reviews reflect its actual performance. It might be a cool addition for some, but I'm not fully convinced.

Count me in as excited for the PlayStation Portal! The convenience of playing my PS5 games on a handheld device is something I've been waiting for. Sure, the reliance on Wi-Fi might be a limitation, but I'm hopeful that it'll work well in most scenarios. Considering the combined value of a PS5 controller and an LCD screen, the $200 price is enticing. Can't wait to get my hands on one!

What exactly is new about this release? I mean, a PS5 controller with a big screen in the middle? That's definitely unique. It's like the Wii U vibes all over again, but hopefully, Sony's got some tricks up their sleeve to make it stand out.
