Even though Jurassic Park was pretty much THE movie of 1993, and I was alive and sentient for 100% of 1993, I couldn’t see it. The media had given it a reputation as being “too scary” for children, and though a lot of parents ignored that warning, my mother swallowed it whole. Finally my dad offered to take me on the very last day it was screening in Portland. My mother forbade it. I would eventually see the film, but many years later on network television with ads. Wasn’t the same.

When I was a kid, I really, really wanted to see "Jurassic Park" because it had awesome dinosaurs. But the movie was rated for grown-ups, so I couldn't watch it. Then, when I turned 18, I finally got to rent it on a VHS tape. And let me tell you, it was amazing! The dinosaurs were super cool and scary, just like I imagined. The part in the kitchen where the kids were hiding from the dinosaurs was the best. So, even though I had to wait, it was totally worth it. So now it is going to be in 3d?

"Jurassic Park," a throwback to a simpler time. Back then, those dinosaur effects were mind-blowing. Spielberg is an expert in his field. What's missing, though? The wonder. Remember the first time you saw a dinosaur? Majestic! The rest of the film is just people running around shouting. Characters required development. Grandpa as a character? Meh. "Close Encounters" made us think of aliens; this one is all about dinosaur hunts. Count me in for some nostalgic pleasures if it returns in 3D.

Oh man, "Jurassic Park" and their scaly dinosaurs! I mean, come on, everyone knows real dinos rocked feathers, not those scales. T-Rex looking all smooth when it should be fluffy? And those frog-to-dino eggs? Science fiction at its finest. But hey, it's all in good fun, right? Feathers make dinos way cooler and more accurate. Still, for a blast of nostalgia, I guess I can forgive the scale obsession.

I'm not sure if I'll go see it again in theaters. Don't get me wrong, Jurassic Park is a classic, but I already own the Blu-ray and have watched it countless times. The 3D version in 2013 was probably awesome, but I'm not convinced I need to experience it on the big screen when I can enjoy it at home. The nostalgia factor is there, sure, but I think I'll stick to my trusty Blu-ray for this one.

I can't believe Jurassic Park is turning 30! Even though it's way older than me, I've heard so much about it. Watching it on TV was good, but I bet it's nothing compared to the big screen. That 3D version in 2013 must've been mind-blowing. I'd love to see those dinosaurs up close and feel like I'm right there in the movie. And hey, they're giving us another shot at it. I'm all for the big screen magic. It's like a time machine that lets us experience the awesomeness of Jurassic Park like never before.

I was born long after Jurassic Park's original release, but I still know how important it is. My parents used to talk about how they watched it when they were young. I saw it on TV a while ago, but I've always wished I could experience it in a real theater. The 3D version in 2013 was like a dream come true. The dinosaurs felt so real! Now they're bringing it back again. I'm definitely dragging my family along for a movie night. It's like a chance to connect with my parents' memories and have our own adventure with those awesome dinosaurs.

Wow, reading this article really takes me back. I remember hearing about Jurassic Park when I was a kid too. It was like this legendary movie that I couldn't watch at that time. My parents thought it was too scary for me. But hey, in 2013, they brought it back in 3D. I was finally able to see it on the big screen! The T-rex scene was mind-blowing in 3D. And guess what? They're doing it again! I'm excited to relive that adventure and see the dinosaurs like never before. It's like time traveling to my childhood cinema days.

Jurassic Park is one of those movies that everyone talks about, but it's just not my cup of tea. I've seen snippets of it on TV, and I can understand why people liked it back then. Dinosaurs are cool and all, but it's not something that makes me want to rush to the theater. Even the 3D doesn't change my opinion much. I'm more into different genres, you know? But hey, if you're a fan, enjoy the big screen experience!

I couldn't help but reflect on how the science in the film isn't really realistic. Don't get me wrong, the dinosaurs and the action in the TV show were amazing, but when you stop to think about it, the idea of resurrecting dinosaurs using ancient DNA seems a little improbable. Additionally, I've heard some individuals assert that certain of the behaviors and appearances of dinosaurs might not be consistent with what science currently understands.
