In terms of Castlevania cartoons, Netflix has been good to us. They let the original Castlevania anime go on for four seasons and tell its entire story (and they even let us have a Blu-Ray of it). Now the same team (Powerhouse Animation) has returned to tell a new Castlevania story, subtitled Nocturne.

Hell Yeah! I can't wait to see Richter Belmont in action! His hydro storm move is gonna be so cool when they animate it! I know Alucard was awesome in the first anime, but in the games, Richter has always been my favorite. He's a legendary vampire hunter, and I love the action in his games. Castlevania Nocturne is gonna be amazing, seeing him fight the vampire aristocracy during the French Revolution. Can't wait for it!

Without a doubt! A new Castlevania series was unavoidable, and I'm overjoyed. Castlevania is one of those Netflix originals that has pleasantly surprised and delighted me. It's the best-animated series they've done so far, in my opinion, and thankfully, they haven't messed it up. Isaac's storyline in the first three seasons was fantastic, and I also enjoyed the arcs of characters such as Lenore and Hector. In terms of animation, soundtrack, and action scenes, the new series appears to be very well done.

Richter appears to be a more emotionally charged character, which I completely agree with. I'm looking forward to seeing how his character evolves throughout the series. Personally, I find him more appealing than Alucard, the pretty boy. Richter's emotional depth in the story could make for some really compelling moments. I can't wait to see him in action and follow him on his adventure in Castlevania Nocturne!

This is a bloody epic. I absolutely loved the original series, so this is a pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to seeing it. Holy **** that was insane! The soundtrack, combined with the incredible animation, instantly gave me goosebumps; well done, Powerhouse Studios!I hope this goes on for several seasons and we get to see Dracula! I'm thrilled for Olrox and Bathory, but Castlevania wouldn't be the same without Dracula!

I completely agree with your assessment of Richter's character development. It would be fantastic if they stayed true to his original lore and showed him going through some trials, possibly even becoming a villain. Seeing him struggle and eventually succumb to darkness would add so much depth to his character. It'll be fascinating to see the boy raised to be the ultimate Belmont fall into madness and be possessed by evil. His character arc has a lot of potential, and I'm excited to see how they explore it in Castlevania Nocturne! I can't wait to see Richter in action, bending physics with his sheer strength and unleashing those ultimate AOE holy spells, the item crashes. It's going to be so badass! And Maria, oh dear Maria, the goddess of speed, zooming through the castle even faster than Richter, who's already a cheese master, haha!

As a Castlevania fan, I'm pleased that the Powerhouse Animation team has returned with another installment. The historical setting of Nocturne during the French Revolution adds an interesting twist to the series, and the idea of Richter Belmont collaborating with a sorceress, Annette, to lead the resistance is fantastic! Like the previous seasons, I'm sure the show will be action-packed and full of surprises. I can't wait to watch all eight episodes in one sitting!

I'm really looking forward to Castlevania Nocturne! It's even more intriguing because it's based on Rondo of Blood and takes place during the French Revolution. I can't wait to see Richter Belmont in action, fighting alongside his new ally, Annette, against the aristocracy-turned-vampires. The trailer looks fantastic, and I'm counting down the days until it premieres

I'm stoked after watching the new Castlevania: Nocturne trailer! I can't believe they chose Richter Belmont as the main character – a perfect heir to Trevor Belmont's legacy. The 1792 setting during the French Revolution adds an exciting twist. It's intriguing to see how Richter will confront the Vampire Messiah without Dracula or Alucard's help.

Oh boy, Castlevania: Nocturne is bringing the historical drama and vampire action like a time-traveling party! Richter Belmont is taking the lead, and I can't wait to see him whip some vamp behinds while sashaying through the French Revolution. With all those masquerade masks, I half-expect a vampire fashion show. And hey, can someone tell Netflix we miss Dracula and Alucard?
