Fallout: New Vegas to get an Ultimate Edition
As is common-place these days, an Ultimate Edition of Fallout: New Vegas will be released in early 2012.
Bethesda have announced that this edition of Fallout 3 : New Vegas will contain all of the DLC content so far released, which are Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier’s Stash and Gun Runners’ Arsenal.
While no price has been specified yet, if we assume that Bethesda’s pricing strategy for the Game of the Year Edition of Fallout 3 will carry over to this edition then we may be seeing Fallout 3 New Vega’s ultimate edition at around the $50 price mark. Fallout 3 GOTY edition cost $50 and included $50 of DLC. Correspondingly, the New Vegas Ultimate Edition will include, at current prices, $45 worth of DLC, so all those who do not yet own Fallout New Vegas should no doubt be keeping their fingers crossed that this pricing convention will stay the same.
The new edition will be released for Xbox360, PS3 and PC in North America on February 7 and in Europe on February 10.

I am glad I waited this long, will get the game and all 1 DLCs in one convenient package at an attractive price. I will do the same with Skyrim. RPGs are almost never at their best right after release anyway. I tend to enjoy them more once all bugs have been ironed out.
