Are your dungeons lacking dragons? Then why not buy some? Nord Games is preparing to launch the crowdfunding campaign for Elemental Dragons, a series of 5E-compatible dungeon-enhancement books.
There will be four books available in the Elemental Dragons series, but they will not be connected. You won’t need all four to use them — just the ones you want based on your needs. The Bestiary & Crafting Guide contains over 300 new elemental dragons, detailed lore, and rules for harvesting and crafting from their remains. The Campaign Setting book introduces lots of areas these dragons (or your own) can populate. The Quests & Lairs book is full of pre-prepared adventures complete with fully mapped dungeons. Finally there’s Treasure Hoard, containing scores of new magic items tied to elemental themes.
When the campaign launches, the cheapest tier will be Novice at $30 which gives you the PDF and Oracle RPG version of the Bestiary & Crafting Guide. Apprentice at $60 grants the hardcover of the aforementioned guide plus the digital version. $120 is Expert, containing the Bestiary & Crafting Guide and the Campaign Setting books in physical and digital form. They go up from there — our wish would be for the books to be selectable on an individual basis, but there’s no indication yet Nord plans to offer that.
