Death on The Nile, Hercule Poirot’s Vacation gone wrong
Death on The Nile is coming to Theaters this February 11. It is based on a novel of the same name. Death on the Nile was written by the great Mystery writer,Agatha Christie. She is the Guinness Book of records best-selling fiction writer of all time because she sold around 2 billion copies. Christie had written over 64 books and not all of them have been adapted for a film yet.
This film is a sequel to Murder on the Orient Express .Kenneth Branagh reprises his role as Hercule Poirot. Murder on the Orient express made $358 Million in the box office. That success makes sense for a sequel to commence.
He is joined by a huge ensemble cast that includes Gal Gadot, Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Ali Fazal, Dawn French, Rose Leslie, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders,Letitia Wright and the controversial Armie Hammer,
This is the second film adaptation of the novel. The first one is way back in 1978.

People are enjoying luxury and bliss at the S.S. Karnak but all of that comes to an end. This cruise to the Nile River is supposed to be a glamorous party in Egypt’s great river. It became a tension-filled crime investigation instead. A murder happened inside the vicinities of the ship.
The murderer is still lurking around and Poirot must stop that person before another victim emerges. Hercule Poirot will have to investigate to find out who is the culprit. Every Passenger has an alibi. Only Poirot can solve the mystery and find the culprit before another victim emerges. It is a race against time to solve this game of cat and mouse against a lethal slayer. No one is safe until because the killer is still among them.
If this film will succeed, A Cinematic Universe of Agatha Christie novels may happen. Imagine all the sequels and spin-offs we can have from those 64 books.
