Marvel has a new comic coming soon where Deadpool decides he’s going to take charge of the Marvel Universe…in his own mind. He’s playing an RPG solo as all the roles of his friends, and as you can see by the cover art, those “friends” are less than pleased. It’s Deadpool Roleplays The Marvel Universe!
What makes this upcoming book extra-neat is the fact that it’s also a RPG on its own. It contains a Deadpool comic, but after that, there are a full set of rules and scenarios for you to start your own “Deadpool Roleplays the MU” game. Officially, this is an off-branch of the Marvel Multiverse Roleplaying Game, which the company began selling last August (so if you want more than Deadpool, it exists). The Deadpool game can be played in conjunction with the Marvel Multiverse game, or on its own.
ROLL FOR INITIATIVE WITH THE MERC WITH A MOUTH!
Deadpool crashes into the MARVEL MULTIVERSE ROLE-PLAYING GAME with his very own playable adventure!
Play as Deadpool and his team – or use your own characters – in a fourth-wall breaking adventure right out of Marvel’s comics! Includes a comic story lead-in by Cullen Bunn (Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe), a full-fledged standalone RPG adventure, and new full character profiles!
Deadpool Roleplays The Marvel Universe will be out July 17, 2024, just in time to capitalize on hype surrounding the new movie Deadpool And Wolverine, which opens July 26.
