Dark Star’s Project Z Opens In November

Dark Star Pictures has announced it’s bringing the Norwegian horror film Project Z to DVD, digital and selected theaters next month.

As this one begins, three out-of-work actors are desperate to take on any job, so they agree to help a group of film students create the zombie picture they’ve been planning. They drive up to an old abandoned motel in the mountains and begin shooting….but then an asteroid crashes nearby, and after that, things start getting weird. The zombies attacking them seem to have really good makeup jobs…wait a minute, these seem to be ACTUAL zombies! The students find their own story has become reality and they must fight for their lives. They better get an A for this.

Dark Star provided no info whatsoever on who stars in this film, who wrote it or who the director or producers were. We’ll update that info if we ever get it, but what we do know is that the film will have a limited theatrical run starting November 3, followed by a digital and DVD release on November 11.
