Batman: The Telltale Series May Be Coming To The Switch
Point-and-click adventure game Batman: The Telltale Series looks set to be coming to the Nintendo Switch. That is, if retailers Game Buy and Ozgameshop are to be believed. Both retailers have provided listings that note the game will release for the console on June 30.
Considering how Telltale Games do their best to reach as wide an audience as possible with all of their titles, it should come as no surprise that the game would make its way to Nintendo’s new console. Batman: The Telltale Series is already available across a variety of platforms, including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Android, iOS, and Windows. It would also be a welcome move for Nintendo as they look to garner as much third-party support as possible for their new hardware.
A June release for the game would mean that the port would release almost a year after the first episode of the series became available on August 2. The fifth and final episode, City of Light, released in December, 2016. The game received a generally positive reception from most reviews but was criticized for its notable bugs and technical issues – a problem that most Telltale titles suffer from.
