Around the time of release for last year’s Arkham Knight, the concluding chapter in Rocksteady’s Batman game series, word began to spread that work was underway to give their first two entries in the series a HD upgrade for the current console generation. Confirmation of this release has arrived with the announcement of Batman: Return to Arkham, a set containing HD upgrades of both Asylum and City with the addition of all DLC that was released for both titles.

Actor Kunal Nayyar, best known for his role as Raj in the popular sitcom The Big Bang Theory, has been announced as a guest for next month’s MCM London Comic Con. Nayyar, who plays the neurotic doctor in addition to Vijay in Nickelodeon’s Sanjay and Craig and Gupta in Ice Age: Continental Drift, will be present for the Sunday of the convention.
A new companion is about to set foot on the greatest ship in all of time and space and now we know who. The BBC have announced that Brixton born actress Pearl Mackie will portray the brand new character Bill. The announcement comes in the form of a two minute clip as the Doctor attempts to save Bill from his eternal enemy the Daleks, all while trying to avoid the urge to kill her himself due to her enthusiastic chatter and jokes.
While fans await confirmation as to if current lead Peter Capaldi will stay or leave when Steven Moffat passes over the reigns of the long running sci-fi, the BBC have announced that we will shortly know who will be joining him in the TARDIS for his next set of adventures through time and space.

Phoenix Online Publishing and Overflow Games have released a demo for their new fantasy RPG title Cornerstone: The Song of Tyrim, set to be released on PC, Mac and Linux from 26th April. The game will combine mechanics such as crafting, combat and puzzle solving in a plot which sees young viking Tyrim set out on an epic quest to rescue the men of his village.
Hanging up his converse shoes in 2010, David Tennant was last seen playing the titular Time Lord in the show’s 2013 50th anniversary episode ‘The Day of the Doctor’. But so dedicated and beloved is Tennant that he will soon be returning to the role, joined once again by Catherine Tate as his loyal companion Donna Noble.
