Free League announced today the RPG digital companion app Demiplane now offers support for their ALIEN roleplaying game. Said support comes in the form of the ALIEN RPG NEXUS, an official digital supplement to the game.
Demiplane is an app that enhances tabletop roleplaying games by providing easy-to-access digital versions of the rules, mechanics and systems on your phone or tablet. Their support of ALIEN: The Roleplaying Game means the following features are now accessible:
● The core rules to play and create your own space adventure
● A state-of-the-art character creation system and interactive character sheet
● A digital game compendium that contains all of the Careers, Alien Species, Spacecrafts, and more to make playing and running the game easier than ever
● Immersive, in-world artifacts to incorporate into your sessions
● Digital dice mechanics
● And much more
Introduced in 2019, ALIEN: The Roleplaying Game is set in a time frame shortly after the events of Aliens, The game promises to “propel players into the vast possibilities of the Outer Rim Frontier. From the pioneering colonists and scientists to the ever-present Company reps and Colonial Marines, the game promises a diverse range of characters and gameplay experiences far beyond the staple cat-and-mouse suspense and survival horror of the franchise.” Free League has introduced several expansions for the game since its release; the most recent, Building Better Worlds, was added in 2023.
