The Elsword International Tournament Has Begun
KOG Games is a publisher of free-to-play MMOs. This week one of their most popular offerings, Elsword, kicks off its first-ever International Tournament. The competition begins now with PVP League 1, which is the opening of the tournament in North America.
Would-be Elsworld masters will have multiple chances to get ahead. The first season will stretch until May 8; the second season begins May 22 and ends July 3; and the fourth season begins September 11 and ends October 23. Each season offers potential prizes that add up to 30,000 K-ching (Elseworld’s in-game currency).
The top 32 players from each season will advance to the International Tournament where they’ll be competing against 2v2 teams from all over the world. Only one team can be declared Best Elsword PVP Team In All Existence.
KOG has added some new bonuses and features to Elsword in honor of the competition’s launch. A new chain quest will now be offered to players level 10 and up, with special rewards for those who complete it. The events lasts until 11:59 PDT on April 9. Also, look for new PVP features including 1vs1 Random and Team Random match types in the Practice/Free Channel, as well as a ‘Rest Before a Rematch’ rebuff when you find a match in the Arena.
