Mystery Incorporated is a fan-funded Pilot of Scooby-Doo. It is a more serious and dark take on the classic cartoon that transcends multiple generations. It already has better scriptwriting, acting, and production than Riverdale. Riverdale’s success leads to dark reboots for classic children’s shows with a now-adult grown-up fanbase. Banking on Nostalgia and making it mature not always works after the failure of the PowerPuff Girls Pilot that got canceled.
Even if this is only a Pilot trying to find a TV Network but is not bad at all. It actually felt like a better version of Riverdale that focuses more on world-building and character development instead of rampant sexualization.
Fan-made movies tend to have more heart than some officially licensed adaptations. People who watched have nothing but positive comments and hope a TV Network picks up this Pilot. They modernized Scooby-Doo without bastardizing it as most reboots do.
It stars Dade Elza as Fred, Jessica Chancellor as Daphne, Dayeanne Hutton as Velma, and Chris Villain as Shaggy. Unlike the Past Live-action Scooby-Doo adaptations, Scooby is a real dog instead of CGI. Mystery Incorporated is directed by horror director Dante Yore.
Mystery Incorporated Pilot
If you want to know the actors from this Pilot better, here is an interview with them:
Scooby Dooby Doo, where are you? We got some work to do now! Scooby Dooby Doo, where are you?
We need some help from you now
Mystery Incorporated focuses on the four Meddling Youths, Freddie, Daphne, Velma, and Shaggy. Fred wanted to investigate the mystery behind the death of his parents. So he collaborated with his friends and a Great Dane to know the secret going on in the town of Coolsville. Scooby-Doo has always had horror influences. So making it a serious horror show transitions it naturally.
The Scooby-Doo Franchise has proven its longevity throughout the years as it started in 1969, and until now, every generation has its own version.

Fred Looks ancient but the casting is spot on. I love the dedication and effort poured in this project. I hope a streaming service picks them up.
