Street Fighter 5 Definitive Update
Street Fighter 5 Definitive Update will be the final balancing and features the game will have. With Street Fighter 6 on the Horizon, Capcom will end the Era with this last update. It is said that the game will have no more support after this. Some characters don’t have additional costumes, while Chun-li have over 30. The Final Batch of DLC characters doesn’t even have DLC costumes yet. Some promises didn’t happen too, but overall, the game had a good run despite the ups and downs. The Final Season of this Fighting Game sequel will end with this update.
Street Fighter 5 – March 2022 Update Trailer
Street Fighter 5 The Definitive Update will fix the game’s balance to make sure no character will be overpowered or under-powered.
Balance is essential to keep the esports community of a game active. For the game’s offline mode, They added the Cell shaded filter. It makes the game looks 2d and hand-drawn. I don’t know why it won’t work for the online mode, but it looks aesthetically pleasing. I want to bask in the glory of this art style while it lasts. Because in Street Fighter 6, they will go in another direction.
This could be the final Hurrah to the 2d Aesthetics because Next Game will go for a photo-realistic direction. Street Fighter 6 will use the Reach the Moon engine, which had been operating in the most recent Resident Evil Games. Pixel Filter is also Added for the fans who like the old school 2D Street Fighter Games like Street Fighter II and the Alpha series.
Since the Final Season characters will never get new costumes, They added more colors for the Tracksuit costumes. Final Season characters will have two versions for theme songs, including a remix. This Free and Final Update will be yours this coming 29th of March.

I wish they would have added some fights in the Cinematic Story-mode because the DLC characters are not involved.

They could have at least made the dolls Playable. We can fight them in story mode.
