November marks the month that will see the long awaited reboot to the Star Wars Battlefront franchise. In anticipation of the release, EA and DICE are offering a new immersive and interactive tour of the planets depicted in the game through the Star Wars Battlefront Planets Experience. Endor, Hoth, Tattooine and Sullust are all featured in the tour. The experience is available at this link.
This is a fun guided tour throughout the Star Wars Universe. There’s a nice in-depth look at the planet Sullust, which is not a place fans have been really able to visit before, so it’s nice see Sullust getting some featured spotlight for the game. There’s also more in-depth information regarding vehicles like the Millenium Falcon, the making of Sullust, and weapons and gear that players will be able to use in the game. Unfortunately, Jakku, which will be featured in the first DLC for the game, is not featured in the guided tour.
Star Wars Battlefront finally arrives on November 17 for PlayStation 4 Xbox One and Windows PC. The first DLC for the game, The Battle of Jakku, arrives on December 1 for players who pre-ordered the game. It will be available for everyone else on December 8. That’s just in time to get everyone ready for the new Star Wars sequel, The Force Awakens, which hits theaters on December 18. Here’s a preview clip for the Star Wars Battlefront Planets Experience.
