Teotl Studios has officially announced a pretty huge milestone for the epic exploration game, The Solus Project. According to the studio, the game has now officially released over 100,000 players worldwide since the game launched last summer.
To mark the occasion, the game is now on sale on Steam with a 40 percent off discount. Additionally, the game’s official soundtrack is now available to players for free. The original soundtrack is available to download on Steam for a 25 percent off discount. The free stream of the soundtrack is available on YouTube as well at this link.
Speaking on the news, creative director Sjoerd De Jong said in a press release: “Since The Solus Project launched on PC and Xbox One early this summer, it has exceeded our expectations and continues to grow with feedback and support from our incredible community. To reach 100,000 players is a huge milestone for us and we’d like to thank players for their continued support.”
Teotl Studios also revealed that the company is working to improve the game’s VR experience, as the game was recently enabled to play in the VR format. There are some other major announcements planned for The Solus Project, so it should be interesting to see what Grip Digital and Teotl Studios have planned.
The Solus Project is available now on Windows PC via Steam and Xbox One.
