It’s not every company that supports their real-time strategy games for a half-decade, but Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is one of the lucky few. Publisher Daedalic Entertainment and developer Mimimi Games have been adding expansions to the original for nearly five years, and on that fifth birthday, they’ll be releasing the latest addtion: Aiko’s Choice.
The expansion once again takes you to Edo, the ancient capital of Japan, where you’ll meet up with the kunoichi adept Aiko. She and her assassin friends are on a mission to hunt down some old acquaintances from her past before they kill her first. The added content includes three full-fledged main missions, all with brand-new environments, plus three short interlude missions.
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun – Aiko´s Choice focuses on one of the main game’s protagonists: the kunoichi adept Aiko.
