Sony has announced that the PlayStation Network will be down for maintenance for six hours on Monday, November 17. It will be down from approximately 9:00 am to 3:00 pm PST, which will be 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST.
If you’ve been logged into PSN since November 13, you’ll be able to play games online and access entertainment apps, but you won’t be able to get into the PlayStation Store, Account Management, or Account Registration.
Regarding what they’ll be doing during the maintenance, Sony stated that they will be deploying a series of back-end improvements to the network.
