The Order 1886 Launch Trailer Released
The new video game, The Order 1886, may currently be undergoing a lot of scrutiny due to controversy over the game’s campaign length and lack of replay value, but the game has been released nonetheless. Ready At Dawn and Sony PlayStation have now released a new launch trailer to go along with the game, which is available below.
The game has received fairly middling reviews thus far. The Order 1886’s Metacritic score currently stands at 55. While the game might not be as short as less than six hours as originally thought, with only a single-player campaign mode with about an average length, it leads one to wonder why they should invest the price of a new game for a title that offers such little content.
Still the new trailer shows a lot of action-packed footage. It focuses on the game’s rather grim storyline, showcasing a knight of a sacred order battling malevolent werewolves and unruly rebels. There seems to be a heavy focus on the action, shooting and also the grim nature of the position of the Knights of the Round Table with the backdrop of Victoria-Era London.
The Order 1886 launched earlier today (Feb. 20). The game is now available exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
