Following up earlier reports that the New York Comic Con panel for The Punisher has been cancelled, reports are now flying in that the series may have been pushed back a bit by Marvel and Netflix to better respect the recent tragedy in Las Vegas.
This has not been confirmed by Marvel or Netflix, though given that no release date was released for The Punisher it goes to reason that they have no reason to confirm. Earlier reports stated that the series would arrive in November, that may still be possible, or it could come in December.
All reports state though that this postponement will still keep The Punisher in 2017. We’ll update you more when new information arrives.
