It was revealed yesterday that a Rogue & Gambit comic would be coming out. However, Marvel didn’t elaborate on this until today at New York Comic Con.
It will be a 5-issue miniseries that will begin in January 2018. It will be written by Kelly Thompson and drawn by Pere Perez. The duo are not only some of the most popular X-Men in the franchise, but are also one of the most frequent on again/off again relationships in all of Marvel. They’ve been depicted together in both the comics and cartoons in many versions, and even in recent comics have shown they still hold a flame for one another.
How this will be shown within the comic is unknown at present. However, given that they’re in the comic together, you can expect sparks to fly.
