Nintendo Makes Yo-Kai Watch Easy For Kids With A $99 Bundle
When it comes to business decisions, Nintendo isn’t always the sharpest tool in the shed, but in this case what they’ve done is quite smart: they’re introducing a bundle for the American version of the Japanese hit Yo-Kai Watch, and they’re keeping the price as low as possible.
The Yo-Kai Watch Bundle includes a Nintendo 2DS (which is marketed mainly at kids) and a digital copy of the game inside it. At slightly less than a hundred dollars in 2015, the entry point to getting into Yo-Kai has been made affordably low for your average soccer mom.
Yo-Kai Watch is megapopular in Japan, but its international appeal has yet to be proven. In addition to the English debut of the game next month, the anime will begin running on Disney XD. The bundle arrives in stores November 6, the same day the game will be released individually.
