Those Awesome Guys and Reverb Triple XP have announced that Move or Die is going to receive a console release later in 2017. The game it seems has done very well since it launched on Windows PC via steam, and now it will get a console release as well.
The game will have some new console features for the upcoming expanded release, including team play. Speaking on the announcement, lead developer Nicolae Berbece stated the following:
“Without fail, the most common question I receive is ‘when Move or Die would be coming to consoles’ – well, it’s finally coming you grateful bastards. Not only are we bringing the game with all the updates since the game launched, but we also have new awesome features for the console versions – we definitely plan to test the friendships of console players next year!”
In Move or Day, gamers who fail to move will see their health bar diminish very quickly. Players will battle each other in various mini-game modes that will change every 20-30 seconds. Each of the challenges has a unique level design and set of rules. Players can unlock new character skins by winning battles. They can also use the Mutator game modifiers to dramatically change how the mini-games are played.
Move or Die will launch later in 2017. A final release date will be revealed later on. The game is currently available now on Windows PC via Steam for $14.99.
