Mortal Kombat XL Beta Launches for PC
NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that Mortal Kombat XL will be available on Windows PC. Not only that, gamers can tryout Mortal Kombat XL Enhanced Online Beta for Windows PC right now. The special Beta event is available now on Steam, and players can download the beta at this link.
The beta version will be ongoing for the next several days. Players can try it out from now until it ends on August 29 at 10:00 am PDT. NetherRealm will be taking in player feedback from the Mortal Kombat X community into account. The beta will test the enhanced online multiplayer and XL content for PC gamers.
The version that’s available for download allows gamers to play 1v1 for free and experience the improved online gameplay, new Kombatants, skins and more. Next week, NetherRealm will then invite players to take a Beta survey for player feedback and are asking gamers to be “as candid and as detailed” as possible.
The upgraded version of Mortal Kombat X, Mortal Kombat XL, was released earlier this year for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This edition featured all the downloadable content characters from the previously released Kombat Packs, all the current bonus alternate costumes, improved gameplay and more. The official release date for Mortal Kombat XL on Windows PC will be revealed later on.
