Mass Effect 3 DLC Included with Action Figures
Making it the most expensive DLC ever, each action figure being offered by Big Fish Toys in the Mass Effect line up will have cards featuring codes for use in Mass Effect 3. Each figure is going to put you back either $17.99 per figure or a set of four for $67.99. Better yet you won’t even be sure what content you’ll be getting as, according to reports, every card will be randomly inserted.
At the moment it’s unclear just what type of content will be available though Big Fish states that “Each figure contains different in-game content, exclusive to North American released product” and Bioware store listing for the product states the DLC ” is slightly randomized during the registration and could include powerful new weapons and new characters.” I’m willing to bet that this will be mostly multiplayer stuff, but it’s still asking for a large chunk of change for completionists.
You can view the figures here and here.

Oh HELL no! I’m not paying that kind of money for that! EA must be out of their damn minds!
I hope that’s just for multiplayer content. The multiplayer is just going to be tacked-on crap anyway, like Bioshock 2 was.
This publisher requirement that developers add multiplayer to ALL titles is about go get on my last nerve.
