In “KICK KICK KICK KICK”, Jo Young-Sik, a producer, sees the real actor Ji Jin-Hee in the bathroom and is surprised that he is courteous and polite. WOW! He’s a nice guy in real life, he thought to himself. Then … coincidentally or maybe it’s fate … he saw Ji Jin-Hee again, in a restaurant ordering food. Jo Young-Sik had an idea for a TV food show and decided to approach Ji Jin-Hee with an offer to work together. At first, the actor refused, but he eventually warmed up to the idea. The result? They won awards for the show. But then they had a falling out and their partnership broke down.

Several years passed and they had both hit rock bottom! Ji Jin-Hee got scammed and lost his money. Jo Young-Sik couldn’t find anyone who wanted to do a show with him, plus he needed money. They weren’t looking for each other, but … coincidentally, or maybe it’s fate … they reconnected.

Ji Jin-Hee was doing a live-stream on the rooftop of a building, trying to explain to anyone on social media who would listen that he was not the perpetrator of a crime, he was a victim!
Jo Young-Sik entered a room in that building and thought he had stumbled upon a crime scene. He exited the room and found himself on the rooftop where he saw a man who looked like he was trying to commit suicide. That wasn’t the case. But it looked that way.

Jo Young-Sik sprung into action trying to stop the man from jumping off the roof. The man turned out to be Ji Jin-Hee. Once he realized who it was, an argument started. Ji Jin-Hee told Jo Young-Sik to “act nice” because they were being live-streamed. So then they smiled and embraced each other. Comments were coming in asking them if they were “coming out”. They moved quickly to correct that misunderstanding. They are CAW (Crazy About Women).

At the same time, an investor was watching their live-stream. Since he knew where they were, he came to the building and made them an offer. The entire transaction was all live-streamed! Don Man-Hui offered to invest $3 million if they founded a production company.

Ji Jin-Hee thought of his current state of affairs, i.e. HE WAS BROKE!
Jo Young-Sik had gone to a shaman who told him reconnecting with his “old partner” would be profitable. Was this a fulfillment of the shaman’s prediction?
As for the investor? He was flying that night and just thought it was a great day for a new investment!

But of course, there was a condition for this investment. They had to reach 3 million subscribers in 6 months and make a profit. If they failed, he would withdraw his investment.

Additionally, if they succeed, the investor would give them 60% ownership in the company (30% each). He would own the remaining 40%.

They signed a contract and named their company KICK KICK KICK KICK! It didn’t take them long to assemble a team and the rest is …

If you wake up because you had a bad dream, watch this K-drama! It will lift your spirit. It a cute and very refreshing to see Ji Jin-Hee playing Ji Jin-Hee. I lifted two (2) quotes that are (in my opinion) good advice for life.

“Life can change with one punch.”
“Do your best and let the heavens do the rest.”

Finally, I’m dying to try an “iced Americano with vanilla bean pudding blended with cold brew”. But I don’t go out, so I looked for a similar drink on Amazon and found Vanilla Nut Butter Cookie Flavored Coffee Concentrate, Unsweetened Cold Brew & Iced Coffee Distillate Liquid Java. It’s about $20. I’m on a tight budget and can’t afford luxuries, therefore, I’m putting this product on my holiday wish list and maybe one of my kids will get it for me. LOL.
