Halo 5: Memories of Reach DLC Revealed
Halo Waypoint has revealed a new free DLC for Halo 5: Guardians called the Memories of Reach. This DLC will be part of a free update later this month. This new update will feature search preferences for matchmaking across Arena and Warzone. In addition, gamers will now have the option to choose from the default setting of Balances and Expanded and Focused.
The DLC also features some tweaks and changes to the Post-Game Carnage Report. After the update, the PGCR will now display an overview of every reward players have earned during a match and the three rare and legendary medals. In addition, the update makes changes to player movement during multiplayer. Gamers will now get a slight increase in their overall speed while they are crouched during the game. On top of that, a bug has been fixed where the Spartan Charge was not properly targeting enemies.
Two new features for the DLC are also the new multiplayer maps of Stasis and Infection. 343 Industries will show gameplay footage for a livestream event set for May 11. This event will also detail the other features for the new content for Memories of Reach.
Halo 5: Memories of Reach marks the sixth free DLC for the game since it’s launch last October. Halo 5: Guardians is available now exclusively for the Xbox One.
