Game of Thrones Announced

Focus Home Interactive had recently announced that Game of Thrones, which is both a novel and a TV series, will be making it’s way over on both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, along side with the PC as a Role Playing Game.


George R.R. Martin, the man behind the novel, will be playing an important role when it comes to the writing and development of the game.

  • setting is a medieval fantasy literature
  • Game is being developed with Unreal Engine 3
  • The game is expected to last +30 hours of gameplay
  • There are a set number of different classes that you can select from.
  • You can also select what type of fighting style you want your character to have
  • Characters can be build up with better armor, which are acquired by finding, buying, and even looting.
  • Players gain experience points by defeating other opponents
  • The US and Europe release date is set for early 2012 with both Atlus (US) and Focus home Interactive (Europe) publishing the game.
