Except he is wearing the Kamen Rider V3 helmet, as well as the double scarfs, the gloves, and the belt. I'm pretty sure you know what V3 looks like but just in case

Yeah, pretty much.

As for the helmet, I suppose a similar design, but with only one feather, a head design similar to the Wing Zero Custom, minus the head crest.
