Zan Saber?

Hey everyone, I'm here in my trip in L.A. I hit little tokyo earlier today and found something in the video store called "Zan Saber". it looked like kamen rider, but they said it was an underground production. I would have picked it up, but not for $72.00. does anyone know anything about this series?

Zan Saber is an independent tokusatsu from the makers of Evolver, Powered Sister, and Speed Phantoms.
