Plot Synopsis:
In the far flung future of 1998, chaos has broken out in the city of Vega Nova
The city desperately struggles to contain all the Earth's population, where both the meek and the uncivil reside
But what's worse is that an evil underworld ghoul named Dregg has been mistakenly unearthed from a sewer den towards the edge of the city.
Now resurrected, he seeks to end all commerce, as well as life.
Due to this outpour of humans, aliens, droids, subhumans, and those far lower on the food chain, a new officer of the law was needed
With such huge technological advances in science and the like, a crazed, yet kind scientist creates a team of bio-engineered super men
When they are finally ready, the doctor gives them each special bracelets, that when activated, smother the user in a wash of mineral ore from three of the planets in the solar system (Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury)
With these new powers, they patrol the streets as Z.A.R.S.: Zero Armoured Riot Squad!

Chapter 1: Stench In The Sewer

Location: South Eastern Quadrant (Detla Moore Boulevard)********
Weather Conditions: Cloudy Overcast, Slight Drizzle**********
It has been a cold, bleak winter in Vegas Nova
The city had been at it's worst during that period, an additional 200,000 people had immigrated to the budding metropolitian landscape from the nothingness that had become the outside world
It had gotten to the point where savoring their personal triumph had no longer been of interest to Craig Thomas, for he saw them as something akin to a spreading hoard of locuts on the city's rapidly dwindling resources
The city had become far too full to support life, let alone a stable economy
It was at this point in time that mass hysteria had broken out
The riots were endless and the police were exhausted
So, the mayor (who was staring to bald from all the stress) contracted a Dr. Llyod Brinner to take the remaining men (Craig Thomas, Ula James, and Reed Stafer) and give them a "JOLT"
Now "JOLTING", or genetic tempering of human DNA, had previously been outlawed ages ago and was punishable by death, but the Mayor saw no further options
The trio were pumped full of chemicals and placed in stasis pods for four days
Overtime, their bodies bubbled and bulged, every morsel of flesh, blood, and bone was warped and changed
They emerged days later and collasped out of the pods
They took a look at one another and took a look at themselves and realized how much of them had changed
Craig and Reed were bulging from neck to calf in muslces, Ula however, was just as frail and delicate as she had been before she partook in the experiment
"I don't feel.....any different," she replied to their inquiry," just........my head......I think I need to lie............."
She fainted and would have nearly fractured her skull if not for Reed's quick movements in an effort to save her
She remained unconcous for days in a hospital bed in the back of the intergation room that had since been converted into Dr. Brinner's lab
"I'll be honest with you boys," the doctor said softly, caressing his earlobe," there's been no documented record of Jolting on a woman, especially on one as limber and agile as her."
"So, we just.......wait?"
"I'm afraid so Craig......."
