Third party? That doesn't mean it's from TOEI. The thing just says 3rd party. Which means it could be anyone making these claims.

It usually is Toei, but Bandai can remove videos that have their products if there's a good reason behind it. There were those mods and hacks for the toys that they didn't want people to see because they revealed too much. Toei could also take down those videos because it reveals what they haven't aired.
