Now that the New York Football Giants beat the Packers in overtime, it's an east coast showdown in Glendale, AZ. So, can New England complete their perfect season, or will the younger Manning do the impossible?

The Packers/Giants game was awesome.

I'll be rooting for the Giants. I know their chances aren't great, and I still hate them for taking the Cowboys out of the playoffs, but I've just never liked the Patriots. I do think the Patriots will get their perfect season, though.

I agree with Takuya. I never really liked the Patriots either. And I always root for the opposing team no matter who it is. Funny thing is that the rest of my family loves the Patriots. I wanted the Packers to go up against the Patriots cuz either way, records were going to be broken. But, Favre wasnt feeling it tonight. So, I will be rooting for Eli Manning and the Giants in Super Bowl 42.

Well...I, too, never liked the Pats (even though I do root for the Red Sox).

But I gotta face the truth: Eli Manning and the Giants aren't gonna win against the Patriots. Tom Brady and crew are just too good. :redface2:

I found the Giants/Packers game much more interesting than the Patriots/Chargers game. Eli did pretty good tonite. I think he has a kinda decent shot of at least giving the Pats a run for their money.

As a native of Green Bay, I am quite disappointed that the Pack lost. But my two favorite teams are the Packers and whoever is playing the Pats. So I will be rooting for Eli and the NYG.

Hubby and our friend are from New England (hubby is from Boston, friend is from New Hampshire) so we root for the Patriots. It's a shame that we can't be in Boston on that day with the hubby's family since it's going to be a huge party.
