Kamen Rider IXA
Aside from the IXA Calibur Multi-purpose Weapon
he has Weapon Diffusers (Garuru Fake Fuestle) that can take a weapon easily
from Kiva's hands.
Also he can turn into Rising Form and use attacks that will make nago jump!

If I can choose to become a Rider for coolness sake, I' rather be Black RX.

However, if I can choose a technology to become a Rider, I'd become Kabuto.

Even if Kabuto wasn't that strong, the fact is his speed allows him the first-hit advantage. Any fighter pilot worht his salt knows this by heart: if you're faster than your enemy, you can dictate the rules of the fight. I.E. you can hit him first, beat him first, or you can run away if necessary. Whoever dictates the pace and tempo of the fight has the advantage, if not the potential to win it outright. So I'm only repeating what I said earlier: If anyone has the ability to Clock-Up, he has the complete advantage in a fight...

...providing he's not as stupid as to use the same attack pattern over and over again (Ref: Decade in Kabuto World).
