Anyway if the Hibiki Hyper Battle Video counts, then Asumu (played by Rakuto Tochihara) would be the youngest, I think he was around 13 at the time of filming.

He was actually 15/16 during Hibiki...

As for youngest, I think it's probably Mai Saito, who was supposedly 14 when she played Kimura (the original Delta) for a few episodes of Faiz. If you count Kitazaki's short stint as Delta, you might as well count hers.

I wouldn't call 5+ episodes a short stint compared to the one ep riders for Delta.
