have you tried talking to the indiv dealer and seeing if they'ld be willing to ship abroad?
alot of them post random settings but if you ask, they'll change settings on the auction for you.
but this was two years ago.. and that was while i was in jpn... and all i was trying to get them to do was change the payment method...so yeah...
sorry all those stores i've heard of are pretty expensive...usually 15% comission or so
