XBOX 360 RROD. Any good advice, guys?

Hi guys, if you really want to make an advice how to prevent the game freezes & the dreaded Red ring of death or something, feel free to PM me how to do so because my third XBOX 360 dies after the game freezes all the sudden.

the story about the tragic of my XBOX 360

1. As i said earlier, My xbox 360 got RROD for the first time ever after i tried to load Burnout disc then i have to send a repair.

2. my second 360 finally repaired. now i'm excited bcoz i've just got the Devil May Cry 4 but a week later the game frozes again! (but no RROD and i have to send to a repair shop again.)

3. after 2 weeks repaired i mean since March 20 2008, My Xbox 360 froze for the Third Time ever (no RROD, really) after i played Burnout Paradise even i've tried to make my power brick off the floor!! Then i've send it again!

now i'm depressed & inconsolable bcoz i don't know what to do if i played my xbox for the fourth time, it will get froze again so please guys, i need some good advice through my PM how to prevent it bcoz i've planning to get a better intercooler for my 360 to prevent game freezes or something like that or i've lost a chance to play GTA IV next month......

PS- Bcoz I lived in Malaysia and i don't know what to do....

When you say froze, do you mean the game just froze and that was it? You need to be a little more describing of the problem.

i've tried the other games like COD4 & Gears Of War but it still freezes even i tried without my HDD inserted. then i reset it back. it might get RROD soon. to me it's that because of Overheated or somethin?

Any good advice? Hmm, well, you could always sell it and get a Wii or PS3 instead.
Seriously, though, 360's are prone to RROD, so I'm afraid it's just something you'll have to learn to live with.

Buying a PS3 means having to live with poopie games though and the Wii is probably going to fade out of existence soon enough.

I have no idea why you're not having much luck with your 360, are you putting it near anything that generates heat? Why not try the Elite, they don't get RROD problems (and neither do most of the newer 360s anyway).

ok that said... I have had a 360 arcade unit for a few months now. I play it upwards of 12 hours a day, and I never have any problems. I am getting an elite this weekend. A friend of mine has an elite and it works just fine. He plays it more than I play my arcade unit. The 360 hasn't had over heating issues in a while. if yours does that or gets the RROD then you have an older model. Either contact MS and get a replacement or buy an elite.

oh yeah about the wii fading out did I mention AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHBAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

And maybe YOU are bored but sales speak for themselves. Both hardware and software. Maybe you should look up the numbers before you speak for the people.

i have no plans buying a ps3 coz i have no money plus you need to buy SIXAXIS dual shock 3 separately if you want a game has a vibration function experience (i hope there will released a PS3 dual shock 3 edition later in the future after the MGS4 edition of PS3 released) and lack of videogames and it will have a same problem like game freezes and something like that just like 360 did. (yeah, i just check on youtube recently about the broken ps3)

and i still have plans to buy an intercooler for my 360 for those you guys know that GTA IV will be release in 29th april 2008......
