will T-N sub Garo?

I hope they sub it. TV Nihon should just drop some of their anime projects. I mean why bother subbing Transformers and other shows? They are going to get dubbed or subbed by someone else anyway. I say stick with Toku. I hope they do Garo and the other new Toku show coming out. I forget it's title. There was an article about it on GKA Times though. Anywho.

Whoa, dude. Transformers is the reason I like all this other stuff. Transformers is the reason I wanted to subtitle. It's my dream. I know it's hard to have to wait for something you're eager to see (I've been waiting over 15 years for fansubbed Transformers)... but we're just trying to do what we like and what makes us happy and try to have fun while doing it. Not everyone is going to like 100% of our projects. Hell, I don't like 100% of our projects but I know others like the ones I don't care so much for... so that's why they get done.

Also... We aren't the only people subbing tokusatsu out in the world. Just find someone who can translate Japanese to English and everything else is pretty much cake.

We can't say "Oh, we're definitely going to sub that show" when it's something we haven't seen... We'll check out Garo and if it looks cool and someone is willing to translate it, we'll probably pick it up.

Edit: I hope this doesn't come across as angry... I'm just trying to say that it's not really fair to us to tell us what we should and shouldn't do and maybe you didn't know that we do things 100% because it's something we want to see.

Lots of TF anime fans. see Im biased. I really cant stand those shows just like I cant stand the GI Joe anime. It's like taking something that already works and trying to make it better which is impossible.

But TF was a bad example. Sometimes I see projects started like YugiOh or another Misc anime that's already being subbed somewhere else and I wonder "why bother".

The reason I say, personally, TVN should stick to toku is because they are the ONLY guys subbing Toku. Yes I know about Toku-Plex and Mishicorp. But they arent big names yet. TVN is the only big name I know of that subs multiple Toku projects at one time. I have to rely on them to watch these shows that or settle for HK subs. So of course there's that part of me that doesnt want them to waste time on anime because there are hundreds of places out there subbing anime shows. Anime as a community is huge. Toku as a community is small. It's all I'm getting at. I understand that TVN is just a group of normal guys and gals doing what they want. I'm just saying I selfishly wish TVN's only goal was toku at this point. Because it's what I'm interested in. :P

Unless someone has had a sex operation or a new member has been added... there are no female staff members at TVN anymore. :P

This sounds pretty civil for someone at TV-N. Is this normal for him?
