Tendo sacrifices himself... Against the mother of Worms, the Queen Worm.
In Hyper form, He'll do an outrageous stunt, giving time for Gatack to save Hiyori and rush off. The Hoppers will get up and realize their mistake for fighting against the other riders, and start to pick up and escort any other survivors near the battle site away, in Human form for drama. Kagami and Hiyori are safe, Yagu and Kage and a bunch of regulars are safe. Mishima has an obvious connection the the Queen worm now. Kagami Riku turns out to be just a dick for a father. No more. No less.
Tendo, blocking against the Queen Worm's final attack, is at his max. His hyper mode obliterates, his hyperzecter is destroyed, it's just him in rider mode. Kagami holds Hiyori close, as she holds Juka closer. A final heroic scream " Rider Kiiiiiiiickkkk!" A blinding flash, explosions, screams... The camera zooms on Kagami as he looks away from it all, but something rings in his ears. something that sounds like... "tttttttt onnnnn!!" -Put On-
The destructioning is over. The fog lifts, and Kagami knows he heard something. He knows he heard a Put On. He searches desperatly in the rubble.... Black-Out
Months later, Kagami is in a suit and tie, finally marrying Hiyori. Kagami's phone rings after the reception, everyones happy, Kagami decides to take the call outside. Rushing out. the sun is setting, and Kagami answers. " Grandmother always said. ' The only thing better then a wedding, is the honey moon. '. Enjoy yourselves. Cheers to the new couple." -click-
Kagami's eyes widen and look up, searching the distant horizon. Far off, he sees the sillouhette of a figure, contrast against the setting sun's red hue. He raises one finger up and points towards the sun. Kagami is about to rush off... but then, a hand grabs onto him. "Hey. Best Friend!" Kagami turns around, and he sees he is with people he loves. His wife. His friends. His family. And Tendo continues to walk in the background.

Tendo goes back in time. To the First mentions of the masked rider project. and puts a stop to it. thus saving everyone from the worm infestation. He stays behind in this world to protect it if anything were to happen again... The last time anyone heard from him was the day of the Meteorite...
The backhalf of the last episode would be mostly small scenes portraying the life of everyone without their rider powers or any worms. Many more cameos may even occur. The doors to the Tendo house would open up, and inside would be Juka. Cooking away in the kitchen, happier then ever. Up comes her little brother Tendo, happy as a bee, saluting her say " goooood morning!" , Juka replying back " Good morning!" the two are happy as they can be, their parents coming down afterwards happy to see their family... Juka is now off to enter town to have some fun. She rides her bike pass a tofu shop, a man has his back towards the camera. And someone comes running up to him, the camera is fixated on the tofu shop, and Juka has already rode off-screen. The man that ran up starts to say, " Yaguruma-san! do you need any help?"
Yaguruma turns around, holding a bowl of tofu, " Sure Kageyama, you can help by carrying the bag of groceries. ", Kageyama is gleeful as he starts to talk about an office and a staff of workers, being busy as a bee... They pass by a Ramen Shop, where a man and his assistant come out, happy and full. " Tadokoro-san, we should return to the police station for work soon. " - The man replies " Sure, but first I wanna give you a present, a ticket to a free make-up session! You'll look even more lovely Misaki!", Misaki blushes as she grabs the ticket, a transition occurs, so that they are already in the Ultimate-Make Up Salon. A man with a nice hat starts to come out from the backroom and announces he's ready for the next person, and a mother and her child get up, giving room for Misaki. The mother sits in her chair and asks for a certain style. The man realizes he's missing something. He looks down at the little girl and asks " Do you think you can get me that pencil over there? number 5 please? She abliges and returns with the pencil and says " Here Daisuke!" obviously these two have known each other for a while. " Daisuke smiles and gives her a strawberry Milk carton. "Thanks Gon, You don't mind me calling you Gon do you?" The girl shakes her head and says no. An instant passes, and the mother comes out of the shop, asking if Daisuke could keep an eye on her daughter while she goes to interview a member of the royal Discabil family. Daisuke smiles and agrees and calls Misaki up.
In a small elegant home, the doorbell rings, the reporter pretty and ready to interview a local descendant of the Discabil family. A young man answers the door, and smiles. " Welcome, Welcome. " She enters, and he takes her coat and hangs it. She begins to interview him about how life is, living among the normals. He's confused and say, that he too is normal, only being a descndant. Then comes in his sister with her care-taker, Jiiya. They are happy and healthy. Bringing in a large pot of Ramen. The reporter is surprised at the simple meal they are eating, but Tsurugi Kamishiro tells her " As my great friend here, Jiiya, always said ' It matters not the price of the food, but the taste. ' And Ramen is the best taste around when made by my friend Jiiya and my sister. He smiles and Jiiya stands up. " Oh, look at the time. I must be going now. Tsurugi asks " Time for work?" And Jiiya replies " Time for work. Bochamma! " with a hearty laugh, the two are seperated, as Tsurugi continues the interview, and Jiiya is well on his way to work.
He enters the La Bistro Salle, and greets his fellow co-workers, Hiyori and Kagami, and his boss. He puts on his white chef outfit and hat and gets into the kitchen and starts to get busy. People are already waiting for Hiyori's special " Mackeral Miso Soup ", The Special of the week. Kagami is busily running back and forth placing trays of food down, passing out the plates and utensils. Then Kagami goes into Waiter Mode, and is about to take the order, then he realizes it's his Father, Brother and a friend. " Dad! Ryou!" He greets them and asks what they want and how they have been. Ryou says that he's finally done with baseball and ready for a career in the Police Force. Riku(Kagami's dad) talks about how his friend Mishima is one of the best officers around, and is talking about making Ryou, Mishima's Partner. The two seem very happy and well met. Kagami smiles and thinks it's a great idea. He rushes back to the kitchen and puts down more orders. Then the boss looks at Hiyori and points her finger. " You know. He's always late.Where is he now? " Hiyori looks quizzical and apologizes. Kagami hugs his lover, Hiyori and says " Don't worry, he'll be here soon."
-Chiming in- a man walks in with his helmet on. He walks in, each foot heavy. He walks up to the boss of the establishment, and removes his helmet. Kusakabe Soji. He puts his helmet away and puts his hands together in praying position and apologizes for being tardy, smiles and tilts his head. " I'm sorry! Forgive me! "
The camera starts to zoom out, through the open door, and over japan, then soon, over the earth., and beyond.
And as it goes, you can hear Soji saying " It's not like I can slow down time or anything? Who do you think I am? A super Hero?"
