Which version of Final Fantasy should I play?

I still love playing Final Fantasy IX. For me, it the most laid back among the rest and I really love the plot.

I would recommend playing Final Fantasy 7. It was the first Final Fantasy game I've ever played and IMO it's the best. It has an awesome story and plenty of great mini games(I loved breeding and racing chocobos). But each game is very different from each other and everyone has their own opinions on what is good and what is bad

This game also has a lot of spin-offs(and a movie) so you can play them if you liked it and want more.

I doubt you will have enough time to play all of them. The thing choosing a version to play first will save our time and we can have more interesting if playing on best version.
Anyway, if we can play all versions then it is good because we can know which version is the best FF game.

There are several options available for you to choose from when it comes to taking a pick from the stock of Final Fantasy games. But I would recommend any series from Final Fantasy 9 upwards. You are going to enjoy playing from that section well. Have fun mate.

Well, which FF did you play ( and did you actually like it ) ? It's kind of hard recommending anything if we don't know that.
Since I got the impression that you're a younger gamer, you should probably skip anything pre-FF7. But then again, that might not be fair from me since I haven't actually played FF6 and earlier, and those games might have aged better than I think.
