Which to buy

I want to get all 23 Zyudenchi, and I was wondering which way would be better to go;
1. Collect all regular Zyudenchi seperatly
2. Get the 9000 Yen Zyudenchi set that includes 26 Zyudenchi with metallic paint.

I'd suggest getting them separately if you're interested in the toys. That said, can you link me to where you found out about that full metallic set?
