I'm really interested in the artistic side of animation, and I'm looking for recommendations on studios that have a distinctive visual style. For example, I've loved the work of Studio Ghibli and Laika, but I'm curious if there are other studios that also produce visually stunning or unique animations. What are some that you think really stand out and what are their best works?

You definitely hit on two heavyweights with Studio Ghibli and Laika! Both have such a magical approach to storytelling and visuals. I'd also recommend checking out Cartoon Saloon, known for their stunning films like The Secret of Kells and Wolfwalkers. Their use of traditional animation techniques mixed with folklore really sets them apart and creates an enchanting aesthetic.

Another studio worth mentioning is Aardman Animations. They have a unique stop-motion style that's both charming and hilarious, especially in films like Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep Movie. It's amazing how they bring character to clay and make it so engaging!
