BS日本 is something you can't or shouldn't translate IMHO, because it's the name of a Japanese TV station (and NO, the BS is not short for what you think it is :shrug: ). It would be better to transcribe like this: BS Nihon

Also, the translation is a little bit off: what they mean to say is that this TV show (19 borders) is mainly broadcasted on BS Nihon but also on other TV stations. (This usually means that BS Nihon is the main sponsor of the show) Could translate like "BS Nihon and others [TV stations]"
