I believe that Part 1 is very well received because of its innovative gameplay, Amazing story, and reimagining of a classic. They made the new standard! The characters are so well written that you will develop some kind of attachment to them. I thought I will hate it because they stretched out the first hour of the original but it made it more alive.
I want to know when is the release date of the next episode?
March next year is my initial speculation but things may change since we are going through a damn pandemic. I really want things to go back to normal because I hate this new Normal.

Fall 2021 is the most speculated date. The programmer's might be working at home so I don't really think the production will be really delayed.
I am more excited of Episode 2 over Final Fantasy 16. Final Fantasy 7 remake shows how Final Fantasy game should be made. 16 looks depressing and I am not saying that because it is medieval because I enjoyed the medieval Final fantasy games of the past.
Episode 2 will be the one that will reveal if this remake will stick to the original or they will have twists and change everything. We are having to many theories on a game's story that we already know the ending because of the changes in episode 1.

I hope it is compatible with PS5. I wonder if it's standalone or our experience will be influenced based on our actions on episode 1. I also wonder if our episode 1 inventory will be taken over to episode 2. I mean I grinded very hard to get those items
I am so happy we have this because I am not feeling 16 at all. This game exceed and surpassed my expectations while 16 disappointed me to the core. I will spend my cash on this one and I wont spend a dime for 16.
The team of XVI needs to work harder because Team 7 remake are wiping the floor with them. I might be getting nitpicky but I am more hyped with this game and it doesn't even have a trailer yet.
My best guess is it will take at least a year after the release of part 1. So, March or April of 2021.
So we are going to wait for 3 years to complete this game.
Part 2 will be in 2021.
Part 3 will be in 2022.
Part 4 will be in 2023.
If Part 4 is a success then we might get some sort of a DLC.
