What's your best april fools?

So, ever had a april fools that when off perfectly? I had two...

Back when I was heavily in to Jmusic, a few years ago, on Jpopmusic.com forums I wrote a crock article about how hyde and his wife, Megumi, were going through a divorce. People believed it until the last part where I said that he was spotted with Gackt in Okinawa

But my best, best, best April Fools started in a chatroom on SLSK (Soulseek). I usually like to play pranks on jrock fangirls, cause they'll believe anything, but this prank got out of control. I said that Kyo (from Dir en grey) was hit by a car and was in critical condition in the hospital. When they asked for proof, I simply linked to a Yahoo! Japan news error page, it had enough kanji to make it seem like it was an article (and that they didn't know Japanese anyway so they believe it). Well, the girl posted on Batsu about it and the thread on Batsu exploded and it ended up on Livejournal with people spazzing and almost willing to fold paper cranes in his honor.

Well, it continued on for a few days before people finally realized Kyo wasn't hit by a car.

I've never done any good April Fool's jokes. Nor do I believe anything on said day (except for teh yaoi pic of AWESOME). I'm no fun, eh?

Last year when Henshin Justice shut down, and left us with a goodbye message, until the next day they returned with a new look (I think it was).

Oh yes, and I believe I once did a hoax thread about a site called "Subbed Sentai", which was surposed to have all episodes of all Super Sentai series subbed in English, available for direct download, only clicking on the link lead to a site about learning Japanese. :laugh:

So Ladymercury, you're on JPopMusic Forums too? I used to be on there. I still have my old username of "Rising Sun Ranger" over there and I haven't posted there for a while lately.. well, apart from recently when I made a thread about Japanese Penpals, I wonder hows that's been doing.
